Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in implementing innovative and complex technological solutions. Your expertise in modern software development methodologies, hands-on experience with emerging technologies, and proficiency in various software development tools will be instrumental in driving our projects to success. An active Public Trust clearance is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement innovative and complex technological solutions to meet the organization's needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead architecture design discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's projects.
- Drive adoption of modern software development methodologies such as Agile and DevSecOps.
- Utilize hands-on experience with emerging technologies including AI, Gen AI, RPA, and ML to enhance project capabilities.
- Develop and maintain software solutions using microservices architecture, low-code/no-code tools, Angular, React, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in modern software development methodologies such as Agile and DevSecOps.
- Hands-on experience with emerging technologies including AI, Gen AI, RPA, and ML.
- Extensive experience in software development using microservices architecture, low-code/no-code tools, Angular, React, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Active Public Trust clearance is a big plus.
