Description
Essential Functions: Washes dishes. Prepare entree, vegetables, salad and other food items. Set up serving line, serve food, and restock. Maintain high standards of sanitation. Operate computer and cashiers. Requirements of Essential Functions: Must be capable on a continuous basis of: standing/walking, reaching, lifting (up to 10 pounds). Must be capable on a frequent basis of: bending/stooping. Must be capable on an occasional basis of: squatting/crouching, climbing step stool, kneeling, pushing (up to 11 .5 pounds force), pulling (up to 60 pounds of force), lifting (up to 50 pounds). Other: seeing (near and far acuity, color vision), feeling, tasting/smelling. Language and mathematical development (Level I) and reasoning development (Level II).
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Manual dexterity and ability to work under pressure. 3. Previous institutional Food Service experience. 4. Ability to interact in a positive constructive manner with students, staff and public. 5. Valid WI driver's license and access to a vehicle 6. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly preferred
