JD: 12+ years of experience is required in SAP Plant Maintenance(MRO) and knowledge of iMRO Module Must have experience leading or working on cross functional teams Build strong internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solution to changing business requirements Functional/business MRO process knowledge or expertise spanning aircraft maintenance and component repair activities Configure SAP MRO (PM) & iMRO module and other tools based on business requirements. Working knowledge on Integration process for S4 HANA with 3rd Party systems. Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills including development and presentation of briefs to stakeholders and drafting system requirements specifications Must have team lead experience, ability to "hit the ground running" and multi-task in a complex environment and run workshops. Perform work in a virtual environment Preferred Qualifications: Configuration experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and understanding of integration between SD, MM, PP, and PM required Logistics/Sustainment experience within Aerospace and Defense or Commercial aircraft industry Familiarity with Activate methodology for SAP/ERP application implementation Excellent leadership characteristics Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization (1.) To manage Consultingorsolution transformation or testing for large transformation programs (2.) To design and Implement components of Business Assurance Framework, Solutions, Study, analyse and develop recommendations (3.) To create new propositions and lead solutons(solutions, plan, commercials, Governance) in RFPs (4.) To manageormeet client expectations with solutions and deliverables and perform effective stake holder management (5.) To review the architecture and design deliverables and to support as an SME (6.)
