ICF's International Health and Development Team is growing, and we would like to expand our network of skilled professionals in support of upcoming and future work in the areas of Global Health Security (GHS), infectious disease detection and surveillance, health information systems, mitigation of pandemic and emerging diseases, and health systems strengthening.
ICF is a world leader in Global Health and our work helps partner countries to strengthen the following: 1) the quality of the data they use to inform key health policy decisions; 2) the information systems they use for detection and surveillance of infectious diseases; and 3) the monitoring and evaluation programs they implement to evaluate important health and development programs.
We collaborate with development agencies to examine linkages between health and various development priorities, including food security and nutrition, biodiversity, climate change, water and sanitation, urban development, migration, human trafficking, and Global Health Security.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered you must meet the following basic qualifications: at least a bachelor's degree or international equivalent accreditation with at least 10+ years of direct experience in USAID-funded Global Health or country-level public health programming. This experience can be technical, in finance and operations, or project management focused, but must be in-support of nationally-funded health programming.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$123,765.00 - $210,400.00
