GCSS Marine Corps Instructor - Subject Matter Expert - Quantico, VA. The ideal candidate will have requisite and extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in Marine Corps supply operations demonstrated by experience in multiple positions in the Marine Corps supply field.
Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-
•
Oversee the full spectrum of Supply Administrative and Operational duties and responsibilities of six USMC supply accounts to include, but not limited to oversight of requisition management, account reconciliation of Due and Status Files (DASFs), Consolidated Memorandums of Receipt (CMRs), inventory coordination, property accountability and management, and other related specialty areas.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Marine Corps supply operations and functional area policies.
•
Assist in reviewing Corrective Action Plan (CAP) milestones by conducting analysis, providing recommendations, and assisting with obtaining the test articles or documentation to support the completion of the milestone.
•
Assign tasks to individual contractor personnel and track their completion.
•
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements as required.
•
Ensure contractor employees are trained to perform their assigned duties.
Qualifications
Experience and Education:
•
Minimum 15 years of professional experience with in-depth knowledge about Marine Corps supply operations; Required
•
Extensive experience, knowledge, and familiarity with the Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) and the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS); Required
•
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•
Must possess a high degree of proficiency in all supply functional areas, and in-depth knowledge and understanding of DoD, DoN, and Marine Corps organizational structure, policies, guidelines, systems, and procedures.
