The Dealership Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling all administrative duties assigned by the General Manager. This includes providing support to the Sales, Service, and Parts departments. The Dealership Administrative Assistant is responsible for staffing and managing the Receptionist Team.
Responsibilities Provide excellent Customer Service Major focus on communication and teamwork between departments Provide a broad range of general administrative support to the General Manager, the Sales Managers and the Sales Team. Provide general administrative support to the Service Manager and the Service Team. Provide general administrative support to the Parts Manager and the Parts Team.
Staff and manage the Receptionist Team, including training. Liaison between the dealership and accounting Process the daily deposits and reconciling cash schedule. Responsible for any daily, weekly or monthly reporting assigned by the General Manager.
