Here at InMotion Wellness Studio we provide a service called assisted motion and recovery therapy. It is like personal training but for stretching. Our clients come in and lay on a comfortable table where we do all the work, and they get all the benefits. Our services are custom tailored to each individual and done on a one on one basis inside our studio.

Essential duties

• Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times when working with clients.
• Dress professionally according to current dress code standards.
• Manage a team of 4-10 people
• Directly responsible for the growth of the studio
• Take new clients through a consultation and provide customized program recommendations.

Required Education, certifications and experience:

Nationally Recognized Personal Training certificaition, Exercise Science, Sports Management/Medicine, Kinesiology, Strength and Conditioning, PTA.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the studio
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to clients
- Maintain stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Utilize math skills for cash handling and financial transactions
- Ensure organizational systems are in place and followed
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Coordinate scheduling of classes, workshops, and events
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, invoicing, and record keeping

Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in math for cash handling and financial transactions
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and market research techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
