OPEN ROLE:
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Assistant Studio Manager. As Assistant Studio Manager, you will assist in achieving sales and productivity goals, maintain an expert level of understanding of the Orangetheory Fitness brand, and ensure all policies are being implemented and upheld at the front desk. This position must demonstrate exceptional organization, operate with efficiency, and possess a high level of approachability and dependability in day to day procedures.
COMPENSATION
$18/hour - with opportunity for monthly commissions and bonuses of an additional $1,500-$2,500/year
+Paid time off according to PTO policy (based on tenure)

LEADERSHIP & EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
- Use leadership skills to create a positive environment for all sales associates
- Work with the Studio Manager to define and implement monthly sales goals and incentive-based initiatives
- Discover and define where efficiencies exist with existing policies and procedures
- Use a positive and high energy approach to keep the front desk engaged and motivated to perform
OPERATIONS
- Enforce OTF corporate policies, business practices, and processes to ensure studio systems are being followed
- Attend webinars and work with Studio Manager to implement promotions or initiatives
- Assist Studio Manager in organizing and running team meetings and staff initiatives
- Maintain average hours worked of 30 hours per week.
