That’s where you come in, you beautiful ball of potential. We need an Account Manager who’s balanced — able to serve as translator between creatives and clients. Who’s organized, creating briefs, tracking email threads, and scheduling all those kick-offs. We need a communicator, a cheerleader, a champion for the ideators, and someone looking for a challenge to take on.
We need someone quicker, smoother, cooler, fresher — you know, BOLDER.
YOUR PART IN THIS BOLDER BASH:
- You’ll help make our clients vision real. When you join the ranks you’ll take the helm as an expert — aiming to understand every aspect of a brand, and you'll use that insight to steer client goals and creative.
- You’ll be a much-needed partner. Strategists, designers, writers and clients will look to you as a guiding hand. Your input will be essential in ensuring direction, messaging, and KPI’s stay on track.
- You’ll stare into the abyss. Well, that might be dramatic, but clients will trust you with large aspects of their business, or often its entirety. You’ll develop a report, tactics, and tools to help you and your peers manage this large lift.
- You’ll be a bag of Miracle Grow. You’ll be that essential ingredient that helps foster growth, elevate the original ask, and encourage clients as they begin to scale through new tactics, strategies, and approaches.
- You’ll be a decision maker. As you reach across the aisle to move projects from department to department, you’ll course correct and adjust as needed, as well as weigh in on scope, creative expectations, timelines, and team workload.
SO, WHO MIGHT BE SO BOLD
- Someone with a few years' experience under their belt, heck – let's say 2 to 5 at a full-service, advertising, creative or branding agency.
- A polygot in the language of creative development, who understands the nuances that go into it, as well as the expectations (and limitations) of the production process.
- A great communicator, able to collaborate, translate, negotiate, and delegate in a clear, concise, kind, and efficient manner.
- Dancer's legs. Not literally, we don’t think you can legally put that in here, but in a metaphorical sense. We need nimble: someone to gracefully hop between clients, teams, platforms, and assignments. Without stumbling.
- A creative brief luhver. A white knight when it comes to the creation, updating, maintenance, and management of these critical agency documents.
- Platform pros who have worked with client management software, routing programs, project management tools, and then the usual suspects: Slack, Teams, MS Office, and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2.
