The candidate(s) for this position must be personable as they will serve as the point of contact for all who call and visit the office, detail oriented, able to work autonomously with highly confidential information and reliable.
Below is a list of responsibilities and duties for the Student Office Operations Assistant:
- Customer Service: Answer phone inquiries, take detailed messages, greet and assist visitors to the office
- Email: read, respond, record
- Update confidential student records
- Update EXCEL spreadsheets
- Scanning and filing
- Create Instagram posts and stories
- Create informational bulletin boards
- Other projects as assigned
Candidate must be reliable, timely, and able to work autonomously with highly confidential information.
Previous office experience is preferred but not required.
Pay Rate: $15.00
