Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Health Insurance: 80% employer contribution for the employee
- Dental: 50% employer contribution for the employee
- Vision Coverage
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

- Annual performance bonus
Requirements
- 2-5 years of property management experience
- Experience with oversight of move-in and move-out process, including unit inspections, & preparing leases
- Student Housing experience required
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment
- Entrata and Microsoft Excel experience preferred
