Reasonable Day to Day
- Oversee and manage a caseload of students with disabilities, ensuring timely and appropriate implementation of accommodations and services.
- Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and other campus personnel to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to students with disabilities to help them navigate academic, social, and emotional challenges. Advocate for students' needs and foster a positive and inclusive campus experience.
- Work closely with students, faculty, and relevant departments to implement reasonable accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable laws. Continuously evaluate and adjust accommodations based on student needs and progress.

Master's degree in a related field of expertise (such as Higher Education, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, School Psychology, or Occupational Therapy) and 1 years' experience OR Bachelor's degree in a related field of experience (Education, Health Sciences, etc.) with at least 3 years of related and practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling, CRC, or other relevant certification, and experience providing services and accommodations for students with disabilities in higher education.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Working knowledge of ADA, Section 504, and FERPA. Good counseling and communications skills. Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, working knowledge of assistive technology and MS Office.
