Our total reward/benefits package for all full-time employees is wonderful for the industry. Employees receive 100% paid health, dental and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance and life insurance. We have a 401(k) program with company matching. We offer paid time off for vacation, sick and bereavement, as well as 10.5 days of paid holidays each year. Overtime hours are paid at time-and-a half. We encourage professional development and engineering licensure. We provide a regular and excellent end of the year bonus based on company profits. For outside of work life, we have company-owned season tickets to the Seahawks, Kraken and Mariners. We also have several company sponsored social events each year.
We are a small-to-medium size firm that likes to call ourselves a family. Our owners are also full-time employees of the company who work with EITs and licensed engineers each day. We work on a variety of projects, from little-to-large while using all building materials. We encourage a good work-life balance and offer flexibility related to that. Since we are looking for the right person, we are considering an EIT coming out of school up to an engineer with multiple years of experience and a Professional Engineer’s license.
