Job description

Summary
Creates and maintains Customer Relationship Management journeys for external audiences using our CRM platform. Coordinates strategic use of digital assets in system email campaigns. Manages external reputation management platform and assures accuracy in Baptist listings throughout the web. Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM) email marketing efforts
  • Ability to build custom email templates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills)
  • Maintaining data integrity and integrations between our website and the CRM platform
  • Serve as the product owner of CRM platform and its applications
  • Be a part of technical design sessions to develop technical solutions to best leverage CRM
  • Design and manage automated marketing campaigns within CRM using up to date strategies including interactions, content, design, and journeys
  • Take ownership of email marketing automation campaigns, specifically with CRM platform
  • Leverage CRM platform to create personized journeys across all customer touch points
  • Responsible for iteratively improving our CRM data model and architecture
  • Regularly monitor analytics related to email performance, audience segmentation and A/B tests
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on how marketing campaigns contribute to the customer experience, booking trends and overall brand awareness
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and play a major role in the implementation of CRM across website properties and marketing channels to deliver a consistent brand experience
  • Support the wider marketing teams with journey strategy development, creation, and automated marketing campaigns
  • Stay abreast with the latest CRM technology enhancements, changes, and community updates
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Experience
Description
Minimum Required
Preferred/Desired
Five years experience in digital content creation and strategy, four years hand-coding
html and CSS.
Seven years experience in digital content creation and strategy.
Education

Associate's degree.
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience and certifications.
Training

Completed minimum 10 hours of CRM platform training
Completed 20 hours of CRM platform training
Special Skills

Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design.
Basic HTML5 understanding. Basic knowledge of CRM platform email design specifications.
Advanced knowledge of email design and testing across several different browsers and email clients on different devices. Ability to create, update and maintain data extensions in CRM platform. Proficient with A/B testing, personalization, dynamic content, transactional and triggered series, and industry best practices.
