As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity towork on various projects, including SharePoint site creation and maintenance,Tableau dashboard development, reporting and analytics, brand building forinternal initiatives, and supporting the creation of enablement material aroundthe sales process and shift to SaaS.
This role offers valuable hands onexperience in a leading software development company and contributes to drivingthe organization's success. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to create, enhance,and maintain SharePoint sites that align with company standards and guidelines,ensuring effective information sharing and collaboration. Assist in the development of Tableaudashboards, leveraging data visualization techniques to provide meaningfulinsights to stakeholders.
Support reporting and analytics activities bycollecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, identifying trends, patterns, andopportunities for optimization. Contribute to building the brand for internalinitiatives, assisting in the creation of marketing materials, communications,and campaigns to promote awareness and engagement. Assist in the creation of enablement materialaround the sales process, including presentations, training materials, anddocumentation to support sales teams.
Support the organization's transition toSoftware as a Service (SaaS) by participating in the development of enablementmaterial and documentation for customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross functional teams tounderstand their requirements and develop tailored solutions for SharePoint,Tableau, brand building, and enablement material creation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesrelated to SharePoint, Tableau, and other tools utilized in the projects.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trendsand best practices in SharePoint, Tableau, brand building, sales enablement,and SaaS. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or arelated field. Strong knowledge of SharePoint site creation,maintenance, and administration, including content management, permissions, andgovernance.
Knowledge of Tableau or other datavisualization tools to create compelling dashboards and visualizations. Familiarity with reporting and analyticsconcepts, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Excellent creative and communication skillswith a keen eye for design and ability to contribute to brand buildinginitiatives.
Understanding of sales processes and abilityto support the creation of enablement material for sales teams. Strong problemsolving skills and ability totroubleshoot technical issues independently. Ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience or coursework in marketing,brand building, sales enablement, or SaaS is a plus.
