Description
- Identify and evaluate potential Strategic Partners that align with Payscale’s business goals and objectives
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with Payscale’s most Strategic Partners, focused on lead generation, enablement programs andrevenue growth
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with high degree of fidelityfor how to navigate both internal and external organizations to ensure fluid sign-off and alignment on newly created partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with biggest partners and serve as the primary POC for partner inquiries, education,and escalations
- Establish and track KPIs for each partnership and analyze each partnership to identify areas for improvement,optimization and expansion
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of all partnership initiatives
- Communicate success metrics on a regular basis with leadership teams and with partners
- Facilitate partner enablement to drive partner growth and expansion
- 5-7 years of experience Partner Management, Account Management or Business Development roles
- Account Management: Ability to strategically manage your time across your book of business
- Product & Data Knowledge: Solid understanding of reporting and market positioning of partners
- Business Acumen: Dynamic business acumen and business case agility to engage and appeal to both partner and internal teams in strategy, quarterly business reviews, and enablement initiatives to drive revenue.
- Organization: Able to effectively manage multiple projects, leads and prospects simultaneously.
- Resourceful: Ability to evaluate decisions, problem solve, manage risk, and foresee a partner's growth plan with ease.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Prior experience engaging in M&A due diligence and corporate developmentinitiatives is a plus
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $96,500 - $144,700 , exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
