Responsibilities
- Oversees lead generation of net-new Dealer Group business and supports outreach communication.
- Supports driving proposal development for net-new Dealer Group business wins.
- Proficient in sales forecasting & pipeline maintenance.
- Creates and owns group marketing strategies that drive customer business success.
- Uses customer feedback to influence opportunities for improving performance and product penetration.
- Forecasts market trends and utilizes them to inform customer strategies.
- Provides digital marketing analysis and recommendations to all levels of DG Business
- Influence customer brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.
- Responsible for corporate and rooftop level communication plans and engagement.
- Own launches of new products and ensure proper integration into customer strategy.
- Regularly pilots custom strategies that are tailored to unique client needs.
- Main point of contact for escalations and triaging product and process needs.
- Own retention efforts for all clients, as well as coordination of save process for any cancellation or client risk.
- Own growth plan for all customers in efforts to hit yearly group growth initiatives.
- Drive account team partnerships and meetings that support group day to day business objectives.
- Owns cross-functional initiatives and projects, reporting successes to leadership and other internal stakeholders.
- Help drive Dealer Group Agency market positioning, customer case studies and testimonials.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong familiarity with all aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO, Paid Advertising, Reputation Management, Conversion Optimization, Social Media Marketing
- Shows understanding for incorporation of traditional marketing strategy and impact to digital strategy performance results.
- Showcases a strong understanding of Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
- Demonstrates outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Works through complex product/client scenarios and solution independently
- Demonstrates excellent presentation delivery and creation skills.
- Independently works with C-Level executives (internally and externally) and drives communication plans that expertly incorporate all influential stakeholders for their account base.
- Can create a digital strategy utilizing all available digital channels and understand the performance impact of each.
- Acts as a self-starter, with ability to independently own client success.
- Seamlessly works cross-functionally internally and externally to accomplish goals.
- Understands client hurts and brings proactive, tailored solutions.
- Has an advanced ability to drive C-level communication internally/externally.
- Demonstrates ability to assess and implement emerging market strategies, best practices, and tools.
- Has proven ability to deliver highly advanced presentations and client reporting deliverables.
Other Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience managing complex client relationships.
- 3-5+ years of experience owning digital strategy development.
- Demonstrated results generating revenue with consultative selling.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, or related industry experience.
- Google Analytics Certification
- Ability to travel for client meetings, company meetings, and industry events as needed (Approx. 25%)
