Overview:
Are you obsessed with improving Customer Experiences? Do you love thinking about the big long term strategies for an organization while still getting ownership of the key projects that help bring that vision to life? Then you’re in the right place!
We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Manager who is analytically nimble and has experience identifying strategic opportunities and executing game changing projects that dramatically improve the Customer Experience and the overall flow of an operation. Through cross functional work with teams like marketing, product and more, you will help find new ways to bring efficiency and effectiveness to each and every legal case that Flare supports to ensure each client has an amazing experience.
Our ideal Strategic Operations Managers are self-motivated, data-driven, highly organized, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. They are generalists who are willing to roll up their sleeves and who love a mix of high-level strategy and just-get-it-done execution. In a typical day, Strategic Operations Managers may work on diving into a new business problem to evaluate solutions, create and measure pilots to drive company growth, design new operating processes, build tools that allow teams to scale their work, and more.
Location: Remote (Office locations: Scottsdale, San Diego, New York)
Salary: $130k - $150k
What you'll do:
- Use your analytical prowess to dive into the data to help understand the strengths and opportunities of the Customer Experience Organization
- Run ad hoc analysis and deep dives that help add more commentary and insights into areas of opportunity of trend movements for the organization
- Work with senior leadership to create long term strategic roadmaps that help shape a game changing future for our clients
- Lead strategic projects from inception through scale that help bring that strategic vision to life
- Lead collaboration across multiple cross functional partners to bring the client experience & client challenges into their realm
- Assist with cross team communication including regular organization wide reporting and progress readouts
Who you are:
- 6-8 years experience in analytical problem-solving including in an operationally-intensive environment– startup experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong excel (and/or google sheets) skills and comfortable with large data sets
- Ability to synthesize disparate information and data quickly to develop a succinct, accurate summary of the opportunity/need.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and foster strong working relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where information may not be 100% available and priorities can change/pivot frequently
- Responsive and adaptable, start-up experience and/or interest is preferred
- Comfortable with remote work environments, use of communications tools like Slack, Zoom etc
