The Merchant Conversion team within the Merchant Ops organization is tasked with formulating strategic initiatives and executing solutions in collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders including product, systems, automation, operations, marketing, CRM, and others. Our primary objective is to adeptly acquire, sell, and onboard merchants in a manner that optimizes efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year. What You'll Do
- Dig into the data, using quantitative and qualitative analyses that recommend acquisition strategies that are in line with business goals
- Partner with a variety of stakeholders to both influence and deliver on funnel optimization projects, and data-supported recommendations will back these strategies
- Drive key pivotal initiatives to optimize launch and go-to-market, increase sales efficiency, and support aggressive OKRs
- Understand the entire end-to-end sales process, implementing processes that remove points of friction and streamline the acquisition workflow, while growing seller productivity
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, SQL and be a data-driven executor: Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing them into business insights
- A proven track record of collaborating across departments and all levels of leadership
- Relationship builder: Experience effectively communicating with executives and cross-functional teams while creating a collaborative work environment, and understanding problems from diverse perspectives Bias towards action: Experience finding the context and information needed through relationships across the organization, and constantly pushing for clarity and delivery
