Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Develop visually striking PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate Stratascale's strategy and key messages to clients.
- Ensure all presentations adhere to brand standards, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
- Create and format PowerPoint presentations from scratch or based on existing templates, ensuring consistency in branding and design.
- Enhance presentation slides by effectively using layouts, typography, color schemes, and visual elements to engage the audience.
- Work collaboratively with sales, business units, and the creative team, fostering a team spirit and contributing creative input to elevate the overall quality of materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop content for various channels, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to visual communication.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for details, ensuring accuracy and precision in all design elements.
- Strive for perfection in the visual representation of Stratascale's materials, maintaining a high-quality standard.
- Display curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding the messaging and objectives of each presentation.
- Translate complex concepts and strategies into visually compelling and easily digestible client presentations.
- Embrace a proactive and hands-on approach to tasks, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile to uphold Stratascale's standards.
- Be flexible and ready to adapt to evolving project needs, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Work closely with sales, business units, and the creative team to gather insights and align design strategies with overall business objectives.
- Report directly to the Senior Marketing Director, ensuring design efforts align with overarching marketing goals.
- This role is dynamic and will evolve in response to the changing needs of the business and industry trends.
- Stay adaptable and proactive, embracing new challenges and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on PowerPoint design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium PowerPoint presentations and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills
- Possess expert-level skill with design tools, with an openness to learning and working with unfamiliar applications
- A strong desire to learn about and contribute to IT industry analysis and interest in or experience conducting or interpreting user research
- Ability to work independently, but with a strong preference for being part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and manage time, with a high standard of excellence and personal commitment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with particular emphasis on version control through edits and revisions
- Ability to develop illustrations (i.e. charts, graphs, etc.) that allow for quick interpretation
- Attention to detail and great organization skills, especially with organization of assets
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $90,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
