Storyville is hiring for our full-time Storyville Cafe Training program. This is a paid-to-train position where you will learn the subtleties of hospitality and service for all roles in location during a 2-week intensive, and upon graduation, be eligible for a crew position in our Pike Place Cafe. We are currently hiring for the training program expected to begin in March 2024.

Our Crew Members are cross-trained to perform all food service positions, including:

• Guest Service
• Drink Construction
• Baking & Food Prep
• Facilities Upkeep (dishwashing, bussing, daily cleaning, etc.)

As a Crew Trainee, you will receive:

• Hourly wage of $20
• Consistent training hours (includes weekend days)

As a Full-time Storyville Crew Member, you will receive:

• Hourly compensation of $21-24 (hourly wage + tips)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.97 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
