Storyville is hiring for our full-time Storyville Crew Member Training program. This is a paid-to-train position where you will learn the subtleties of hospitality and the craft of espresso during a 4-week intensive, and upon graduation, be eligible for a barista position in our coffee shop.

As a Crew Member Trainee, you will receive:

• Hourly wage of $20
• Consistent training hours (includes weekend days)

As a Full-time Storyville Crew Member, you will receive:

• Hourly compensation of $22-26 (hourly wage + tips)

• Minimum 1 year experience as a barista. If you have additional experience in the hospitality industry, at a front desk or concierge, as a tour guide, in sales and retail, as a cleaner, server, or in a kitchen, you are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift and carry 30lbs.
• To be eligible for full-time employment, you must be available to work shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
