Store Manager

Annie's owns and operates Premier Destination for slots. Our mission is to provide a gathering places for adults to enjoy a light snack and video gaming in the comfort of a welcoming and friendly environment.

The Store Manager is someone who thrives on challenge and continually looks for opportunities to learn. They understand that customer satisfaction always takes priority but efficient operations make it possible. The Store Manager should be able to effectively lead and develop their team to meet sales goals and maintain company expectations. They must be flexible and able to fill in at the last minute.

Job Summary:

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Effectively maintain the operations of the store independently during each scheduled shift.

· Maintain the high standard of cleanliness that our locations are known for.

· Accurately count money at the beginning and end of each shift.

· Acknowledge every guest and provide information about our loyalty program.

· Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests.

· Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

· Develop employee work schedules, maintain inventory levels, create and implement best practices to ensure store goals are met.

· Take part in employee hiring, training, and give disciplinary action as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $650.00 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Melrose Park, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
