Ensure the store is providing customer service that meets or exceeds the company and customers standardsAccountable for total financial function of the retail store and deli to maximize its profitability - accurately accounting for sales receipts, payables, payroll, etcDevelop all new associates by providing training as it relates to new employee orientation, safety, customer service and performance standards.Establishing a solid working relationship with vendorsDirect involvement with hiring store personnelSupervise and coach direct reports in their daily work performanceAs necessary, coach, discipline, and/or terminate according to company policyPerform inventory counts, cash drawer audits, and reconciliationsComplete price surveys of the competition and execute price changes as neededDrive store sales through promotion and incentive contestsConduct daily visual inspection of the site to ensure it offers an expectable appearance to customersRequirements:2-3 years experience working as a Manager, retail and food service experience is a plus but not requiredMust have reliable source of transportation and on call 24 hours a day 7 days per weekMay be required to work non-traditional schedules based upon the business needs, work schedules may vary as to the days of the week and the hours of the dayPrimary work schedule will be daysMust have a High School Diploma or GEDObtain a ServeSafe certification Must be able to operate a computerMust be an effective communicator
