Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Complete transactions quickly and efficiently
- Assist to restock shelves and merchandise displays
- Assist with store opening/closing duties
- Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience for customers
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Remain knowledgeable of store promotions and policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of basic cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- A passion for helping customers and providing excellent customer service
