Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are properly stocked and organized. Your role will involve receiving, unpacking, and arranging merchandise, as well as assisting customers with any inquiries they may have. If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Sort and organize items on shelves according to company standards
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Assist customers in locating products and provide them with information about product features
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times
- Use an RF scanner to track inventory levels and monitor stock replenishment needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Operate a cash register when needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to sell products effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with using an RF scanner is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
