Multispecialty surgery center seeking an experienced full-time Sterile Processing Technician.

Responsibilities:
- Decontamination and sterilization of surgical and endoscopic instruments
- Prepare and assemble surgical instrument trays and sets
- Inspect instruments for damage or defects and report any issues
- Adhere to infection control protocols, AAMI and AORN guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Significant relevant experience and/or completion of a Sterile Processing or surgical technology certification required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a team, in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Must possess technical troubleshooting skills to ensure uninterrupted workflow and quality patient care.
