Overview: Available shift is 2:30p-10:30p - Monday - Friday and every other weekend.
Compensation: $19-$20/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
- Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients in a group home setting.
- Work with other aides and nurses to deliver excellent patient care.
- Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes.
- Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment.
Requirements:
- STNA or CNA Certification
- CPR Certification
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Compassionate nature, good communication and ability lift to 50 lbs.
