Dietary Aide's responsibilities.
- Set up tables or other areas
- Prepare meals under supervision of cook
- Deliver dishes and trays to floors
- Take down dining areas and collect plates, glasses, etc.
- Discard leftovers and take out the garbage.
- Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware.
- Help maintain kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Ensure food stocks are full and replace when needed.
- Prepare meals maintaining quality and good sanitation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in the kitchen
- Thorough knowledge of safety guidelines and sanitation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to cooperate and work in a team'
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly
- Ability to stand for long periods
