The Staffing Support Specialist position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30am-5:30pm. Compensation for this role is set at $22 per hour.

Staffing Support Specialist Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or retail (recruiting experience is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Windows Operating System
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but candidates with an Associate's Degree will be considered
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous
Staffing Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Verify references and maintain an updated employee database
- Familiarize yourself with open positions and their requirements
- Assist in the recruitment of new candidates
- Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System
- Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates
