Description:

Saint Alphonsus in Baker City, Oregon has a full time day shift Staffing Specialist opportunity available. The Staffing Specialist receives and enters daily staffing changes into computer and handles initial staffing challenges. The Staffing Specialist will assign Clinical Support Team staff to needed areas, verify attendance of Clinical Support Team and provides administrative assistance to the Clinical Coordinators. Saint Alphonsus benefits start on date of hire.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Previous hospital or staffing experience good to have.
