Accounting Specialist

A security solutions company is looking to bring on a full-time, temporary Accountant Specialist to their team. This is a 6-9 month opportunity with a company that has been in the business for 30 years and provides the security and peace of mind that their Northwest customers require!

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Project Managers to prepare weekly and monthly billing reports
• Ensure all AR/AP are up to date
• File payroll reports and run payments
• Additional responsibilities as needed

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting skills that wants to continue to learn new skills and are highly organized.

Accounting Specialist Requirements:

• 1 year accounting or bookkeeper experience
• Proficient with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Work comfortably with confidential information

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. 

Pay: $25+/hr depending on experience
