POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruiter will perform high-volume sourcing and recruiting duties in direct support of our corporate companies. You will be expected to support EWS hiring efforts in this role. Responsible for managing openings in a high-volume capacity and will be accountable for candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the full life cycle of recruiting, including cold calling as needed, pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications, and performing professional-level interviews.
- Schedule a high volume of phone, onsite, and video interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
- Engage with Recruiters and the Recruiting Manager on hiring priorities.
- Communicate regularly to hiring teams and recruiting teams about the interview process and updates.
- Maintained and updated data via the applicant tracking system for all candidates and requisitions in real time for accurate data reporting.
- Utilize our applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other available resources to seek out passive and active candidates and engage them in the recruiting process.
- Understand and maintain firsthand knowledge of all aspects of the ATS system and setups.
- Network and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Prioritize and engage all referrals.
- Special departmental projects as needed.
- Present new and creative ideas on recruiting initiatives.
- Lead or participate in virtual job fairs or activities as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors's Degree is preferred.
- 2 – 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred in a high-volume environment.
- Proven work experience in recruiting/sales and customer service.
- Driven to succeed and excel at taking the initiative.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
- Customer and candidate experience focused.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to recognize a problem or potential problem and react quickly and effectively.
- Must be a proactive and enthusiastic team player.

- Professional manner and presentation.
- Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
