THE ROLE
The Staffing Manager will be the primary contact for your assigned region for all new and existing internal staff employees and client relationships nationwide. This role is based across Elevate's office and client sites, so some travel might be required. This role requires a talented and highly motivated individual who fits well into the team, has excellent interpersonal skills, and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate must understand the products and services and quickly add value. They will be able to communicate well with the team and clearly articulate their approaches. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary contact for designated new and existing Clients & Programs
- Maintaining a good relationship with any existing and new clients
- Communication - strong communication skills with assigned program talent - confirm all information for each job is correct and thorough
- Research of staff/talent within the jobs region based on the radius (distance they are open to travel), database
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve any emerging conflicts between client programs and talent and remember to be impartial but also an advocate for the talent if needed
- Be informed about and confirm talents' employment requirements and benefits to be able to track them in a concise and organized manner (For example, shifts guaranteed per month, pay breakdown, bill requirements to maintain expected GP, PTO, CE reimbursement, and quarterly bonus eligibility)
- Communicating regularly with updates regarding shifts requested and the status of staff
- Requesting new shifts on a routine basis and maintaining a spreadsheet of needs that will be used for both employees and contractors, as well as for recruiters in the search for more talent
- Interface with clients to determine the following for their open position: position profile, "must-haves," desired outcomes, education, experience, and preferred competencies
REQUIREMENTS
- This position requires a motivated, detail-oriented person that can follow through and finish all set goals
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, such as operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, human resources, or other related fields
- STRONG organizational, leadership, and time management skills
- MUST be comfortable making cold calls and emailing
- MUST be comfortable working in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience as a self-starter/self-initiative
- Must be computer-savvy, including proficiency in MS Office products
