Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a nursing facility
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage staff schedules
- Review and ensure accuracy of weekly punch details and bonus eligibility
- Calculate certified hours for the nursing department
- Maintain attendance records and manage employee payroll changes
- Maintain an up-to-date list of clinical care employee contact information
- Conduct follow-ups with newly hired CNAs and Nurses to ensure completion of checklists
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Staffing Manager , Director of Nursing and orAdministrator
