Staffing Coordinator​ - Salary range from $17.80 to $22.50/hour
Full Time 40 hours 7am-3pm

Nursing Department

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains systems to support staff/scheduling/recruitment activities.
• Allocates Clinical Services personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week based upon census variations, patient activity, and master staffing plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services/Designee.
• Coordinates staffing/scheduling of personnel in collaboration with Unit Managers and Nursing Supervisors according to census.
• Schedules Per Diem staff according to agreement i.e. weekend and holiday commitments.
• Completes and processes payroll and resolves payroll discrepancies; completes payroll reports in a timely manner.
• Processes Agency invoices.
• Completes and maintains staffing records, staffing data sheets and statistics.

Prerequisites:

• High School diploma or GED, Associates degree in business or secretarial skills.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• 3-5 years administrative or assistant secretarial experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.80 - $24.00 per hour
