Staffing Coordinator
Temp-Hire
8am – 4:30pm
Staffing Coordinator is based in Wilmington and will be responsible for the administration of the day-to-day operations of the hourly staffing functions. This partner carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: hourly recruitment, personnel files, policies, and procedures, onboarding, and retention.
Define, develop, and execute in-house hourly recruiting strategies to build and maintain applicant flow
Place ads, and flyers, conduct focus groups or other recruitment strategies, and adjust as needed
Perform activities related to the Hourly Pre-Hire process including: Interviewing applicants, conducting reference checks, background checks, and drug screens, Secure Fit Production Assessment tool, and setting up plant tours
Conduct Stay Interview sessions one-on-one with team members at the end of their first and second weeks of employment
Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing and recruitment
Record data on all applicants throughout the process into Monogram’s Applicant Tracking System
Work closely with supervisors and plant management on recruitment and retention strategies
Conduct exit interviews for all team members.
Track and analyze data
The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant Hourly Recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment, in rural plant locations
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Paycom, Kenexa Brassring, People Click, or similar technologies), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong communication, organizational, planning, and execution skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
