What You’ll Get to Do (detailed job description attached)
- Maintain a high level of rapport with client, staff and candidates
- Initiate, develop and maintain recruiting relationship within the community
- Fulfil client staffing needs by sourcing, interviewing and selection top candidates
- Onboard new hires placed at client and act as HR representative for placed staff
- Represent ABR at client sites through client meetings, safety tours,

Education and Experience
- Associates degree with 1 year of recruiting and employee relations experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, CSP Designation or willingness to obtain CSP is required. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- We believe in investing in our team members' growth. ABR offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, salaried position with a minimum starting rate of $57,960/annually with additional compensation based on previous experience
- Example: Meet only minimum requirements start at base of $57,960; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $59,711; 5 additional years of direct experience $61,516, etc.
