Staffing Coordinator

The Human Resources Staffing/Scheduling Administrator is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resources and operations departments:
- Performs a wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of personnel records and reports.
- Interacts with and supplies information to job applicants, employees, other departments.
- Recruiting, staffing logistics and coordination.
- Creates, coordinates, reports, posts, and manages all functions related to schedules of janitorial personnel.
- Enter scheduling revisions accurately in the computer as they occur.
- Notify appropriate personnel of revised schedules.
- Updates work schedules and master schedule list.
- Performs data entry and personnel file maintenance.
- Inventory and distribution of employee uniforms.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Process improvement.
- Other duties as assigned

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday - Friday 11a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of related experience
Compensation Range: $18-$20
