We are looking for someone to design and lead the evolution of our people data capability and integrity at Intuit. This person will need a passion for Data Governance and deep experience leading large scale change and programming in this space. You will implement an HR wide data stewardship program, bringing a new level of ownership and accountability to our people's data and metrics. This role is crucial for delivering on Intuit’s vision of Data & Analytics @ Scale, which challenges us to infuse data and analytics across all of our leaders, customers and moments that matter. This work serves as the foundation for our scaled products to drive business strategies and fuel amazing experiences for our most important asset – our people.
Responsibilities- Establish data management and Data Governance principles and framework for HR Data
- Drive People Data Governance structure and cadence to ensure data management and governance principles are understood and adhered to by business and tech data stewards
- Manage key stakeholders such as data consumers and partners, to take customer-focused approach to how data is managed across HR
- Deeply understand Intuit’s people strategy and our key people questions and shape people data to be ready for these strategies and questions
- Collaborate closely with a stakeholders across HR and Tech to implement the Data Governance framework and stewardship
- Design and deliver innovative data solutions and remove roadblocks to ensure ongoing maintenance and improvement across the data foundations
- Identify opportunities to incorporate advanced analytics into how we shape and consume data
- In partnership with Tech teams, identify and implement data control requirements to ensure people data is secure and adheres to Intuit’s data privacy rules
- Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in data, security and governance including new tools, technologies, features and concepts
- 6+ years of industry experience, managing, designing and delivering world-class Data Governance solutions in HR domain
- Strong understanding of the HR data landscape and the functions and processes that produce this data, including existing challenges and best practice
- Expertise in analyzing, interpreting and utilizing people-related data
- Ability to present to, influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and in varying functions, while managing expectations appropriately
- Responsible for managing project timelines and task assignments to ensure successful completion of the project within scope and on schedule.
- Skilled at managing various internal and external stakeholders during complex project, from scoping, execution, and delivery of results
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, including AI-powered analytics platforms and SQL databases
- Ability to extract, assemble, and arrange data in a compelling way that enables others to intuitively draw out insights and meaningful conclusions
- Possess an orientation for results and excellence, demonstrating conceptual and analytical thinking, initiative, and flexibility
- Effective communicator - ability to articulate clear messages to team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required. Concentration in business, marketing, data science or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
