Staff Risk Analyst - Level 4

You will be the Staff Risk Analyst for the ICE Team.
What You Will Be Doing
This is a high visibility role and will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and executive leadership on a regular basis. As a member of Independent Cost Evaluation (ICE) team, the candidate will perform independent cost analysis of ADP programs, in support of quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR), Proposals and the Long-Range Plan (LRP) across a variety of program areas. Responsible for identifying technical, schedule, cost and contractual risks of proposals and ongoing contracts. The candidate will assist in developing and maintaining data to be used in the ICE process and saved for historical purposes and will utilize the data to develop Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs) and non-recurring development, which will be used to estimate and measure program performance in Engineering, Sustainment and Operations concerning both LM Aero and the major suppliers. This individual will present the results of the quarterly CSR, Proposal, and LRP analysis to LM Aero and Corporate Leadership.
Must be able to obtain and hold a security clearance.
A Level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or related degree
• Strong financial/analytical skills
• Experience developing cost estimates
• Experience supporting government programs
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of how cost impact profitability
• Prior Program Finance/CAM experience
• Previous/Current SAP Program clearance
• Ability to summarize and present complex data to influence Executive Leadership decision making
• Statistical analysis: Linear/Logarithmic regression and associated measure of statistical significance
• Ability to link technical scope to cost
• Experience with earned value and EAC realism metrics

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
