```Duties```
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide medication counseling to patients, including proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct medication therapy management and monitor patient outcomes
- Perform medication order verification and review for appropriateness
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding pharmacy practice
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist in an acute care setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management and medication safety protocols
- Experience with utilization review and medical management processes
- Proficient in physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology principles
- Skilled in IV infusion preparation and aseptic technique
- Ability to provide patient-centered care and address medication-related concerns
- Knowledge of pain management strategies
