Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Geotechnical Engineer to help expand their dynamic and growing geotechnical presence in the Southern California region. Their clients include educational and healthcare institutions, private developers, as well as local, state, and federal government agencies.
Staff Geotechnical EngineerResponsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical staff
- Perform geotechnical investigations, analyses, and reporting
- Review plans and specifications
- Assist with construction observation and testing
- Prepare and present proposals, supporting business development efforts and client interactions
- Represent the company at association and industry events
Staff Geotechnical EngineerRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- California Licensed GE or Civil PE with strong geotechnical background
- 0-5+ years of experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and proficiency in geotechnical-related work
- Strong entrepreneurial drive
Staff Geotechnical EngineerCompensation:
- $110k - $130ksalary
