SUMMARY: Obtains and creates financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Revenue Imports and Entries from the Electronic Health Records
Processes Expense Month End Journal Entries
Process All Revenue Month End Journal Entries
Back-up for bi-weekly payroll specialist
Performs other duties as required by Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of vendors or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Ability to operate at intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to apply knowledge of Windows programs to Sage 100 Fund Accounting and Microsoft Outlook and Access.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to type and 10-key; talk on the phone and in person; handle files, filing cabinets, copy machines, and other office equipment. The employee must also be able to sit for long periods of time and occasionally walk or stand.
The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
