SalaryWe have an immediate need for a newly created Staff Accountant. This position will work closely with the CFO and finance team. The right person will be a collaborative team playing who thrives in a fast paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process Vendor AP Invoices
- Match vendor checks to invoices, mail checks, and file invoices
- Assist with the month-end close, audits and 1099s
- Work closely with the finance team with reporting, budgeting and forecasting
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Netsuite
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong technical accounting background
- Ability to prioritize workflow through organizational and time management skills
- A self-starter who can work efficiently without direct supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $61,381.00 - $64,827.00 per year
