- Experienced knowledge of LexTrack, MAS200, Ccore-WMS, EdiTrade, and Forwarder Logic
Summary of essential job functions
- Responsible for accurately preparing, copying, mailing, or e-mailing of Distribution Warehouse invoices
- Responsible for reviewing and coding payable invoices
- Reconcile freight general ledger accounts.
- Assist Chief Operating Officer with any project/task assigned.
- Prepare purchase orders for warehouse supplies with aid of Office Coordinator
- Save and maintain electronic copies of the approved PO’s
- Develop and maintain excellent supplier relations
- Facilitate physical inventories on supplies and reconcile with G/L
- Maintain customer billing checklists based on current customer contracts, addendums, & RFP’s
- Review freight bills to ascertain when invoices need to be billed to customer(s) for reimbursement
- Print and review Sage invoices, prepare back-up documentation, and enter invoices into Sage.
Maintain Premium Freight logs, report and needed accruals to Finance Manager
- Assist with rate/service change notices
- Resolve exceptions and invoice (non-raw material related) issues
- Review and prepare billing for inventoried obsolescence items
- Participate in meeting and decisions relating to billing and purchasing
- Follow Safety and Handbook guidelines
