**Job Description:**
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant with fluency in Chinese to manage and oversee various accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be familiar with transactions related to importing products and possess strong proficiency in financial software systems.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
- Work with web-based systems including QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and OrderTime.com for inventory management.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
**Qualifications:**
- Fluency in Chinese is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with importing of retail product transactions is preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software systems, particularly QuickBooks Online.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Willingness to work in-person at our Aurora, CO headquarters.
- Company is open to sponsorship for visa and green card processes.
**Benefits:**
- Competitive salary in the range of $45,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience.
