Form of work CPA firm located in Cranberry Township is looking for a Staff Accountant for our growing public accounting practice. The ideal candidate will be a team player with recent public accounting experience who is seeking a variety of accounting and tax responsibilities.
Job Duties:
Complete the accounting process for a variety of clients.
Prepare compiled and reviewed financial statements.
Prepare various tax returns including individual, partnerships, corporations (C-corporations & S-corporations), deferred compensation and fiduciary returns.
Prepare balance sheet, income statement and cash flow forecasts and projections.
Prepare tax projections for individual and business clients
Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Accounting is required
CPA designation preferred but not required
Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Word
QuickBooks knowledge preferred
Must be well organized and experienced in a paperless environment
Highly accurate with good attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
