Job Details of the Staff Accountant:
Pay Rate: $62-85K (Salary based on relevant experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Location: Plymouth Meeting
Full-Time: Direct Hire

Job Duties of the Staff Accountant:
Performs general accounting and other related duties for the organization.
Prepares monthly journal entries and related income statements.
Reconciles bank accounts monthly, verifying deposits and outstanding checks.
Process fund disbursement checks from benefits system.
Verifies and/or completes payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
Job Requirements of the Staff Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
