Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Accounts Payable: Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable: Manage customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Expense Management: Track and analyze expenses, ensuring they are within budget and company policies. Identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings, including income tax, sales tax, and other regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing financial data and insights to support decision-making.
• Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits to provide requested financial information and resolve audit findings.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights into the company's financial performance. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
